Public projects have always been at the core of JFC’s Professional Services. JFC participates in all aspects of public projects; from geotechnical investigations, site design, roadway design, water and sewer infrastructure design, and abandoned mine land mitigation to materials testing, construction management, drainage, and grading.
Since 1964, JFC has been partners with local city and county government to assist with the design and infrastructure needs of our communities. Our staff of 35 professionals, along with spouses and families, are community oriented and are on several boards and committees to assist the community in its infrastructure and planning needs.
