Land Surveyor in Training

 JFC Engineers & Surveyors, located in Rock Springs, Wyoming, is looking for qualified and enthusiastic Land Surveyors in Training.  The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to preparation of survey plats, ALTA land title surveys, Oil and Gas Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction surveys, legal descriptions and other surveying related projects. Additional duties include training and supervising less experienced staff, client relations, and project management.

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 2 – 4 years of relevant experience

• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Land Surveying or equivalent for Wyoming Licensure

• LSIT or the ability to obtain one within 6 months

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Trimble Survey Equipment, MS Office

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in preparation of land survey documents
