Subdivision/Land Planning

JFC has the knowledge to develop subdivisions according to City and/or County standards from concept through construction, including engineering, platting, surveying, initial geotechnical investigation, and as-built inspections. Our clients are represented by JFC personnel in utility review, planning and zoning meetings, and city council and county commission meetings. We develop the plans based on governing recommendations and regulations, as well as staying mindful of the client's budget and time constraints.

Grading, drainage, curb and gutter, sewer and water system, and geotechnical design are all included in the design package developed to city and/or county standards.

After design approval, through the appropriate governing agency, JFC can lead the client and contractor through the construction process.  This design and construction management process includes construction surveying, materials testing according to governing agency standards, SWPP development and maintenance, and construction observations.  The project is concluded with the appropriate as-built drawings, completed for the project.
